Last Days

The gig last night seemed really empty at first but when FAW started
to play and people were standing together it looked a bit more full.
About 30 people watched. The set wasn't as fun as the others but I
enjoyed it anyway.

We loaded out all the gear after the set and after a while decided to
leave early to get back to Wales early so people can get a couple more
hours of sleep. We're dicks like that.

I drove and once we got over the bridge I dropped Zach off at Lottie's
for the night. I then drove to Cardiff so I could stay with my brother
as otherwise I'd have to get up early and would have to be dropped off
at the train station. We said our goodbyes and I went inside. About
two minutes later sean rang asking if I had the keys and I did. We
said bye again and I went to bed. They drove back to rich's.

I'm now on the train home.

This week was a load of fun. It was class to see FAW a bunch of times
and getting to spend a whole week hanging out with everyone rather
than a couple if days or a few hours at a show like I usually do was
awesome.

Thanks to FAW, jack, mac, rich and all the cool people we met who put
on the gigs, put us up and gave us food. You're the best.

This is probably the last thing I'm going to post on this so cheers
for reading.

Exeter

Last night after playing table tennis and eating Chinese we went to
bed. O got a pull out bed that only pulled out a little. I slept well
enough though.

In the room we slept in there was some toy guitar that played a
rocking solo when you touched it. Mac Kell went to move it and it
played so loudly it must of woke people up. There was no way to turn
it off either.

Zach came in at about 5:00 am and woke us up by turning on the light
and then off and then walking out of the room.

The drive today was short so we slept in a bit. We played table tennis
again and Lottie's mam made us loads of nice food.

We left at about 4:00 and got here just after 6:00. The venue seems
cool and so are the dudes putting the gig on.

We went to mcdonalds just now. Dave didn't like it. Mac did.

I think FAW are playing first tonight. Hopefully the gig finishes
early and we can make a move back to rich's.

I'm going to drive tonight so jack can have a bit of a kip because
they're leaving early for the ferry tomorrow. I think I'm going to get
up with them and they cab drop me at the train station on the way.

Sgfstvdhgs

That pretty much was the end of the story. The dudes left after that
and we got our food.

I just lost to mac kell in the final of our table tennis comp.

Newport (again)

We're in Newport again. We got here sometime after six. We played
football in the garden for a while then watched the second half of the
rugby.

A few people are off out in a bit but most of us are staying here.
We're playing table tennis and just hanging out.

We've ordered Chinese to eat.

.......

Just had the Chinese. It was good. There was loads of it.

Last night we went to get pizzas. While we were waiting for our food
three dudes came in and looked at us. They went to walk upstairs which
was obviously closed and even when the workers said it was they tried
to go up. They went to leave but as they were they stared us all out.
One of then started saying some incoherent stuff to Lee and when he
didn't respond he asked if he wanted "a chop". Lee said no. The guys
working there started to make these dudes leave, but then the guy said
he'd give Lee a chat up line. "get your coat love........ I've got a
knife."

It's my turn to play table tennis now so I'm leaving it at that.

Leeds

People who wear their jeans rolled up to their calves ( calfs?) look
so fucking stupid. It must be the trend in this uk pop punk/second
tier hardcore scene because I've seen loads of people wearing them
like that.

The gig last night was cool. The FAW set was as fun as yesterdays.

After the gig we took a group photo with people from various bands.
Lugosi and me got on top of the van for it. He jumped down into
peoples arms. I went one better and did a flip off it. I think someone
has a video of it.

We came back to rich's friend nathan's house. Sean and dave went to
pete from cutting class' house. Mac and iano slept in the van.

Iano just rang me and woke me up to let him in to this building.
Fucking dickhead.

Today we're heading to Newport. Hopefully we'll leave within the next
couple of hours.

M1

The drivev up took a while. We stopped a few times. I don't like
stopping. I prefer to just go to whereever I'm going without having to
stop to use the toilet or get something to eat. It's pretty hard to do
that though with nine people in a van.

The roads were okay. Some places were busy with roadworks and we
passed five smashed up cars on the side up the road too.

We're at the gig now which has started late. I'm tired already. We're
being split up into different places to stay tonight apparently.

I don't know what the plan for tomorrow is as there's no gig. I think
we might be going to Newport and staying there. FAW got put onto a
Static Radio gig in Exeter on Sunday so it's not too far from Newport.

I had some vegan food just now and it was okay. Lugosi spilled a load
of rice on the floor. Dave and I walked into the girls toilet by
mistake too.

Half the people at this gig have just left after the first band (who
were crap).

Brighton (again)

After posting that blog earlier on I had a shower. I woke zach up but
he went back to sleep. I went on the computer for a bit and everyone
got up after a while. Mac, Zach, Iano and me went to find Game so mac
could buy a new xbox. It was miles away but he got it in the end.

After that we went down onto the beach and had a drink and some chips
before making the walk back to the van. We left Brighton at about 12:30.

Southampton

It's 7:45am now. We're back in brighton. Zach and I are going to be up
at 8 to to have a look around the place as we didn't get to the other
day.

We left Newport yesterday at about 2:00 and got to Southampton before
anyone else had showed up. We were close to the football stadium so a
few of us went to have a look around that.

We came back to the venue and started to load in. I think the first
band were late or someone was late with gear or something because no
one played until after nine.

Again I was shattered and I was looking forward to getting to sleep as
soon as I could.

The first band were shit. BTH were better than the other day. The last
band were crap too.

The FAW set was awesome. They played well and most people there were
into it. People sang along, danced, did human pyramids and some other
hilarious southern shit I've never seen before. The best bit was when
about five people just walked up behind Iano midsong and lifted him
up. He tried to fight it but it didn't work.

We were all tired and the person we were staying with was working
until 3 or something so we came back to Brighton.

We're going to have a look about the place and hopefully get going
early to Leeds.

Ive got to go get the boys up now.

Sorry I couldn't get a better picture of iano being lifted by everyone.

Lee Brown

Last night Lee Brown snored louder than anything I have ever heard. It
was ridiculous. Rich's sister was trying to sleep in the room above us
and kept banging on the floor (to tell us to keep it down) thinking it
was the TV. She eventually went to another room.

I didn't though and me and Iano tried to lessen the sound of it by
piling cushions and whatever else we could find. It didn't do much but
eventually we got to sleep.

He stopped snoring for a minute to say something about Reign Supreme
in his sleep to Iano.

I don't know what the plan is for today. We're spread out into three
different houses so it will be a while before we're on the way to
Southhampton.

Newport

Today has been the longest day ever. We got to Lotties house at about
3:00. Hanging out waiting for the bands to play seemed to take all day
but it was only a few hours.

Once the PA had arrived and the bands played it was good though. I
think not getting any sleep and being properly up at about six made
the day drag.

Steelmind played before FAW and they were okay.

FAW were good. They covered Blink and Barntown.

After that everyone headed to Le Pub. It was a good night. I asked for
half a pint of lemonade and got a full pint of pepsi though.

Now myself, Iano, Lugosi and Lee Brown are in Rich's huge front room
watching scrubs ok this super HD telly. This thing is ridiculous. It's
so high def that it kind of makes watching things worse.

This entries picture was taken by Mac Kell.

Dudes Are Getting Airborne

We're here. After a few throws of the football a few of us had a
wrestling match on the trampoline.

Danny Demento eventually finished me off with the Demento Bomb though.

Now everyone is playing American football on a field next door.

Home Sweet Home

Back in Wales.

A Plane Just Flew Over Us

It was a lot closer than the picture makes out.

Highlight of the tour so far.

Celebrity spotting!

The blonde girl from S Club 7 is at this service station on the M23!

No Sleep

Last night I was really tired but when I went to go to bed I couldn't
fall asleep. I tried all sorts of ways but just couldn't. I almost
nodded off twice. One time I was listening to my iPod and turned it
off to go to sleep but then couldn't get back again. After that I was
almost asleep but then everyone came back at about 4:00 am and I woke
up. Some random girl that no one really knew ended up back here for
like ten minutes too.

It's nearly 10:00 now and there's no sign of anyone making a move
soon. We just got news that the gig in Nottingham is cancelled. That
leaves a house show today and two other shows left.

Today we're going to Zach's girlfriends house for a barbeque and then
FAW are playing in the house.

I think we're getting ready to go so I'm going to leave it at that.

Fast Times At The Brighton Shore

We're in Brighton now in one of the dudes from Break The Habit's flat.
Myself, jack and Iano are here while everyone else is out somewhere.

The drive today took longer than expected but we still got here on
time. The weather today was lovely too.

Brighton looks a really nice place. Loads of nice houses and we passed
like three parks on the way in too. Haven't seen the seaside yet and
I'm not sure if we will. Even the graffiti here looks nice.

It took me like 15 minutes to get served at this burger place earlier
on. Then when I finally did get served it took like 10 minutes to get
my order. Lugosi ordered a burger with pineapple, banana and peanut
butter after me and got it way before I got my plain chicken burger.

The show was good tonight. I wasn't into the other bands that much but
FAW were good at least.

I think we're leaving early tomorrow for the 'port and I'm dead tired
so I'm going to go to sleep now.

I'm With Find A Way

I'll try and update this as much as I can. I'm using my phone so it
shouldn't be much trouble.

Last night I met the dudes at about 1:30 AM as they got off the ferry.
We went back to my house and after a while went to bed.

We had breakfast this morning (proper breakfast, not any of that
gulash shot) and then hit the road. First we went to the post office
for the boys to change some money.

We're now in Carmarthen at a Tesco. The radio in the van doesn't work
so until now we've been signing songs we know. We just went to buy
speakers for an iPod but they didn't charge Zach for it so we got it
for free.

We're about to leave for Brighton now.
